Why Small Group Trainings?
Get an incredible workout with a personal trainer for a very affordable price! At a gym you pay monthly dues and you get no personal attention. You need to pay a personal trainer on top of the monthly fees. Personal trainers cost $60 - $75 an hour. Here at Fitness By Casey you get a personal trainer's attention at a fraction of the cost by sharing your workout with a few other people. Working out in a "small group" with your own personal trainer helps you learn new exercises in a safe way, torch calories through cardio, strength training, core conditioning, plyometrics and stretching.
These trainings are suitable for all fitness levels. We will be addressing all aspects of fitness including proper nutrition, proper hydration and stress release as well as physical conditioning.
